What to expect
Before the session
Loose clothing is ideal. If you do not have any, the therapist can work around what you are wearing. Tell us about injuries, recent surgery or pregnancy when you book so the therapist can adapt the treatment.
During the session
Pressure builds gradually from the feet upward, with stretches held only as far as your range of movement allows. You can ask for lighter or firmer pressure at any point, and you may stop the session whenever you wish.
After the session
Some muscle awareness the next day is normal after stretching work. Drinking water and moving gently usually settles it.
If you would rather have a calm, flowing session with oil and no stretching, choose Aroma Oil or Coconut Oil massage instead.
