Cancellation Policy
We understand travel plans change. Please tell us as early as possible.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Message us on the same channel you booked with. If the therapist has not yet been dispatched, there is no charge.
After dispatch
If the therapist has already travelled to your location, a travel contribution may apply. Any such amount is discussed with you directly rather than charged automatically.
If we cannot attend
If no therapist is available for your requested time, we tell you promptly and offer the nearest alternative time. You are never charged for a booking we cannot fulfil.
